Return & Refund Policy
At Bodi Braze, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel absolutely confident and comfortable in our clothing. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You have up to 7 days after receiving your items to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must remain in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Due to hygiene standards, intimate items such as bralettes and underwear are only eligible for returns/exchanges if they are defective, damaged, or sent in the wrong size by our error.

Please provide your order number and clear pictures of the item. Once approved, you will be instructed to mail the package back to our fulfillment center. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item was sent damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via your chosen payment method (Bank Transfer or Easypaisa) within 3 to 5 business days.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement to be sent out to you immediately at no additional shipping costs.
